Putting it all together

It’s the wee hours of the night. The glow of my office light hitting the dark silence on my house, sweet banjo riffs spewing out of my speakers and I’m laid out on the floor with portraits, magazines, pinterest quotes and scissors. I am directing.
Late night thoughts // the wind down
I am directing a life that provides a path of creativity and exploration.  I will never have the same schedule everyday, I will embrace change, I will lead as a role model for a younger generation of women,  I will create.
“Motivation and coffee have something in common, they both want more than what’s expected of them.”

Not the Everyday || Editorial Portraits

Collaborating with a stylist has been on my Dream To Do list for years. It finally happened and I have never loved a body of work so much!  Tina, the talented & beautiful inside and out stylist, rocked her vision.  We came to Not the Everyday concept together, she being a professional hair stylist, wanted an opportunity to explore her creative side as well as building up her portfolio. I found the model, the young, fresh faced, stunning Taylor, a 2015 graduate about to leave for college. Why Taylor? Well it’s Not the Everyday you see two different color eyes.

This is the start a beautiful collaboration and I can not wait to see what our next project brings.
